I love the old 1980s cartoon series MASK (Mobile Armored Strike Kommand). If you never heard of them they are a highly trained international special mission team that wage war against their polar opposites VENOM (the Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem), an international terrorist group dedicated to wealth and power by force. Both teams use illusion as their ultimate weapons in their goals and each team possess ordinary vehicles that can become high tech war machines.
If GI Joe and Transformers had a child, MASK would be it.
This is VENOM agent Cliff Dagger Codenamed Blaster. Dagger is an infamous arsonist and demolitions expert despite his startling lack of intelligence. Used as a blunt instrument when it comes to VENOM operations Dagger uses his destructive skills to the maximum on any given mission and takes sadistic glee in causing massive amounts of chaos. Despite the nearly constant verbal abuse he receives for being dumb, Dagger remains fiercely loyal to Miles Mayhem and VENOM.
Dagger wears Torch mask, which can fire thick streams of flaming liquid like a flame thrower or in short rapid bursts creating a barrage of fireballs. The Torch mask is flame proof and heavily insulated and uses a self contained air supply and cooling system to prevent overheating of the mask and the wearer. The limits of the mask's fuel supply is unknown but it does require regular recharging in order to operate at maximum efficiency.
Cliff Dagger pilots Jackhammer, a black Ford Bronco Blazer that converts into a fast attack assault vehicle with an anti-aircraft turret and twin reciprocating forward cannons. Jackhammer is heavily armored and one of VENOMS strongest and most durable vehicles making it extremely hard for any opponent to even begin to damage it let alone critically disable or destroy it.
Dagger also operates Thunderball, a fuel holding tank atop a tower that converts into a missile launching platform bracketed by high powered laser guns.
